Work experience in well-known electric vehicle companies is preferred;
Having over 3 years of work experience in the bicycle and electric vehicle industry;
Positive work attitude, strong subjective initiative, good team spirit and communication skills.
Responsible for conducting performance related tests on electric vehicles and their three electric systems;
Understand the knowledge of three electrical systems and be familiar with domestic and international standards in the electric vehicle industry;
Familiar with various laboratory testing tasks, including comprehensive performance testing of electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, etc., as well as frame fatigue testing;
Testing of batteries, motors, electronic controls, and various components;
Majors related to vehicles, machinery, motors, etc;
Engaged in the design and development of new energy vehicle motors or matching selection work for more than three years;
Understand the basic structure and principles of new energy vehicles, be familiar with the working principle and structural types of motors, proficiently master motor matching selection and vehicle application, and understand the production, manufacturing, and quality control of motors;
Proficient in using 3D drawing software CAITA and drawing software CAD, and mastering the usage of at least one data acquisition tool;
Ability to analyze and solve product problems and optimize product performance.
Responsible for developing motor assembly plans, selecting matching components, and managing suppliers
Responsible for the development process, specifications, and standards of the motor assembly, and continuously improving them
Responsible for coordinating with the entire vehicle to optimize costs, performance, and technical solutions
Coordinate with the motor system for bench calibration and vehicle matching calibration
Responsible for developing product DV testing projects, following up on testing progress, collecting and reviewing testing reports
Cooperate with the vehicle to conduct road tests and three high tests
Responsible for managing, rectifying, and closing single quality issues of the product
Responsible for product process quality control
Cooperate with after-sales service to analyze and track the resolution of product market quality issues
