Chongqing RATO Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is located in Yufu Industrial Park, Liangjiang New District, Chongqing. It is a limited liability company engaged in the development, production, and sales of automotive interior and exterior parts and high-tech molded products.
The company has separately established business coverage in various parts of China, including Chongqing, Sichuan, Hunan, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Henan, and Anhui, covering various sizes of interior and exterior decorative components, including door panels, main instrument panels, auxiliary instrument panels, pillars, tailgates, bumper decorations, grilles, ambient lighting, and more than 60 plastic parts and functional components.
A coating workshop was established at Bishan factory In June 2021, and production officially began in October. There are currently 7 coating lines, the company is devoted to providing overall coating injection molding complete solutions for automotive components. The company currently has 80 skilled coating workers, produces 180,000 pieces of coating per month.
The development cycle for blow molding products is 45-55 days. The whole team has developed a total of 19 types of different shaped fuel tanks and 13 types of automotive air ducts, and T0 pass rate is 93.27%, T1 pass rate is 98.25%, and T2 pass rate is 100%. Currently, there is a development team of 10 people, including 3 blow molding development engineers and 3 on-site technical engineers. The project members have rich experience in fuel tank mouth molds and oil port threads, and have developed multiple types of fuel tanks used for RATO Technology and ZONGSEN; The company has rich experiences in POM, nylon, and ABS fuel tanks, especially with unique insights into product rear shrinkage and wall thickness. The company has developed special-shaped fuel tanks and water tanks used for multiple clients such as DAJAN, LONCIN, Changan Ford, etc; We have rich experiences in on-site fuel tank and control difficulties, and have developed multiple fuel tanks and automotive air ducts used for RATO Technology, LONCIN, Zotye, and LIFAN.
We have undertaken door panel assemblies from multiple main machine factory and mastered mature technologies such as puncture welding and vibration friction welding.
Chongqing Factory of RATO Industry is currently the largest flocking processing plant in the southwest region, with more than 30 million yuan an annual output value in flocking. The company has a total of 5 production lines, including fully automatic glue spraying and flocking production lines, as well as manual production lines. The automation to Changsha factory is also under planning and is expected to be completed by 2025. Currently, RATO Industry provides with flocking products for customers such as Volvo, BYD, Ford, SERES, Changan, etc.
